Frequently Asked Questions
I am a relationship based and lifestyle trainer. I believe that every dog and every lifestyle is different and that my particular skill-set/ training philosophy doesn't fit into one box. I am a firm believer in doing what works to build up the relationship and clarify expectations on a case by case basis for the dog and owner sitting in front of me. I believe in being an unlimited dog trainer to maximize my ability to create a stress-free and harmonious life for pet owners and their furry pals.
Since training and behavior modification takes time, a single session is typically insufficient to produce the best effects. To modify behavior and keep it that way, persistence, repetition, and time are required!
The severity of the problem and the amount of time you have available between sessions to work with your dog alone will determine how many sessions and how long it will take to improve your dog's behavior.
The majority of clients schedule their initial meetings every two weeks. We then meet every three to four weeks as their training progresses and they gain confidence in their abilities. More frequent sessions are usually advised for reactivity, hostility, and fear. Go to the Contact Page to set up a quick consultation, so I can give you a more personalized estimate of time and cost.
